It can be used on outbound only ,\ninbound only or bothway lines.\n\nBy default it receives telexes which are then passed to the queue\nspool\/2brouted for program IPROUTE to process. A routing file can be set up to\nkey off the answerback of the calling telex machine so that copy from a regular\nsource may be routing directly to its receipient rather than ending up in a\ntelex log queue.\n\nFor outbound traffic TELEX, signified by a -q switch on startup, uses two\nqueues, out and occ, under another queue in spool.\n \nIf a destination is busy, files are automatically sent to the occupied queue \n9occ) and retried at the a further 5 times at 10 minute intervals as per CCITT\nspecs. \n \nIf it still has not gone the file is 'woopsed' to the intercept queue for the\nsystem operator to handle. \n\nAll messages are logged and if the sender is local, where possible, they are\nnotified as to the success of the transmission. In all cases a log is kept for\nlegal purposes.\n\nThere is an optional parameter file  tables\/telex\/(name) which can have :\n\tbefore: FipSeq string added before data of each file.   default: none\n\tafter:  FipSeq string added after  data of each file.   default: none\n\n\tmaxattempts: No of attempts\n\t\tThe default is 5 and CCITT insists on the minimum times being observed.\n\tzap-on-error:\tIf the File can NOT be sent, it is normally stuffed\n\t\tin 'woops'. Use this to delete the file instead..\n\tnewDZ: FipHdr field containing the telex number to send to if NOT 'DZ'\n\t\teg \tnewDZ:WG\n\tno-DZ-in-text: Normally if there is NO FipHdr (usually DZ) with the \n\t\ttelex no to send to, it is assumed to be on the first line.\n\t\tThis switch means the op of text is NOT looked at.\n\tnewAB: FipHdr field containing the telex answerback to send to if NOT 'AB'\n\t\teg \tnewAB:WZ\n\tlogname: Name for logging purposes (in FipSeq)\tdefault: SN\n\n\tlogeachfile:(dest) Send a Success\/failed msg to this destination for each\nfile.\n\t\t\tThere is no default.\n\t\t\tThis log file is just a FipHdr with the following extra fields :\n\t\t\t\tDR-File Sent OK\t DR:ok or DR:error\n\t\t\t\tDG-Will Retry later\tDG:retrying or DG:stopped\n\t\t\t\tDT-Some message text\tDT:No connection\n\t\t\t\tDO-Number of last attempt\tDO:5\n\t\t\t\tHT-Date and Time\tHT:25 Nov 98 15:35:25\n\t\t\tdefault: no log created.\n\t\t\tThe DR and DG messages can be changed by using :\n\t\t\t\tlog-dr-ok:(FipSeq)\n\t\t\t\tlog-dr-error:(FipSeq)\n\t\t\t\tlog-dg-stop:(FipSeq)\n\t\t\t\tlog-dg-retry:(FipSeq)\n\t\t\teg: log-dr-ok:File VN sent to Remote Number DZ ($h:$n)\n\tmsgeachfile:(FipSeq) Additional information to add to the FipHdr of the\n'logeachfile'\n\t\t\tmsg. This should be in FipHdr format and be in FipSeq.
