ipsimdmp

This program is used to simulate an data feed. It reads a DUMP file as created
by IPBDCAST/IPBDX25 and sends files at regular intervals. When it reaches the
end of the file, it restarts. 
 
The text of the files are created as the originals but not that the header is
considered part of the text. They are sent to spool/2brouted for program
IPROUTE to distribute.
 
Input Parameters :
        Mandatory :
        -n : name of dump file                          default: none
        Optional :
        -l : log to the screen as each file is sent     default: no
        -i : interval between sending files             default: 10 secs
        -v : print version no and exit
