Display one or all tags in an IIM file
or
write the contents of a single IIM tag to an existing file

Input Parameters are :

Mandatory :
	-i : input file name			default: none
Either
	-a : add this tag as in -a 2.51		default: -D display all
		this will also replace an existing tag
	-s : string to insert in FipSeq 	default: none
	-t : type of data 	binary,ascii	default: text
Or
	-r : remove/zap this tag as in -r 2.51	default: -D display all
Or
	-d : display this tag			default: -D display all
		-d 2.103
Or
	-D : display all tags			default: yes

Optional
	-C : display all 8BIM and sizes		default: no
	-h : extra FipHdr 			default: none
	-o : output file name			default: none
	-Q : quiet - use with -a and DO not display anything
	-X : title - default 2.5 tag for a new 8BIM	default: Fip
	-Z : sequence number file if not default
		-Z INWAY
	-v : version number 			default: no
