tipwire

TIPWIRE collects wire input that is in standard message format IPTC. It
interfaces to a TIP x25 pad which gives it up to four IPTC feeds. The header is
parsed and put in the FIP header field SH. The file is slotted into the
spool/2brouted queue for IPROUTE to process and route.

The default uses the LogiLink LCC XI/2 controller which connects to the x25
DataNet line.

Parameter file is tables/wire/TIPWIRE
