iplibfilter
IPLIBFILTER reads a library file in the FIP Library format which has usually
been sent from the Atex J11. It then converts the header fields to that of any
one of several public databases including :
Mead Data Central/NEXIS
Lockheed Dialog
FT-Profile
ReuterFile/FDS/RBI
DataTimes
QL systems
a pc diskette format
This program is to be replaced by IPLIB in the near future.
