Input parameters are :
Mandatory
    filename    one and only one
Optional
    -F : strip off the FipHdr   default: FH is considered data
    -l : no of items on a line  default: 16
    -s : swap 2 bytes       default: no
    -S : swap 4 bytes       default: no
    -d : data in decimal not octal  default: octal
    -D : row number in decimal  default: octal
    -h : data in hex not octal  default: octal
    -H : row numbers in hex     default: octal
    -w : 16bit wordlength       default: 8bit for single byte
    -W : 32bit wordlength       default: 8bit for single byte
    -x : data in hex not octal  default: octal
    -S : row numbers in hex     default: octal
    -v : version and exit

For those switches with parameters, the parameter MUST be separated by a space.
